We offer oversized and renovated one bedroom apartments, each having its own private entrance,
with too many, if that’s possible, large closets, lots of kitchen cabinets and counter space and a
completely private balcony or patio. The apartments have an eat-in kitchen as well as a dining area
to go with a 22’ living room.
Heat is included in your lease and you maintain your own individual electric and phone services.
Each apartment has heat and central air conditioning controlled by its own thermostat. The apartments are wired for cable television and broadband Internet and you can choose providers for these, as well as phone, services if you so desire.
